The provincial "green factory" creation activity is a provincial selection activity organized by the Anhui Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, aiming to implement the Made in China 2025 and the Industrial Green Development Plan, accelerate the construction of green manufacturing system, and create a model of green manufacturing enterprises. The selection consists of self-evaluation declaration, evaluation by a third-party organization, evaluation and confirmation by the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Anhui Province, expert certification, and publicity, and finally identifies the enterprises that meet the "green development" initiative.
